- Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-returnable Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Initiating a Return

- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 24 hours with detailed instructions for returning your items.
- Prepare Your Package: Ensure all items are packed securely in their original packaging, including a slip with your order number.
Shipping Your Return

- Shipping Method: You may choose any shipping method, but it must include a tracking number. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part.

Exchanges
